About the Mission
Kickston, the sole advisor to Qairn's management and its investors, was involved in the negotiation phase, which required particular attention to: the valuation of the two targets, the definition of the legal structure of the operation, management packages, integration conditions, etc. With this merger, Qairn and Clardian have given birth to UBAQ - the European leader in HealthTech, supported by the investment fund Extens.
